Bromsgrove based Tricas Construction was established in 2017, and with its three founding members, brings over 70 years’ combined experience to the construction sector. Tricas prides itself on helping Midlands-based property developers and Housing Associations create beautiful homes in which to work and study, on time, on budget, every time. Health and safety is at the core of our business with no accidents and reportable incidents recorded over one million man-hours and a proud AFR of zero. Tricas has almost 700 units in total completed or underway.

We had the opportunity to work with Tricas on our Oakview project in Moseley, Birmingham. The construction started September 2019 and then COVID struck in early 2020. Tricas worked throughout, even with all the constraints in place and the hurdles thrown our way - increase in material prices, lack of labour and cross infection. They kept me informed throughout the project and controlled the costs. They delivered a fantastic project at the end and met the agreed completion date.
